Andrew is a lifelong Greece resident and graduate of Greece Athena High School. He received a Bachelor's Degree from St. John Fisher College.

Andrew currently serves as Constituent Services Coordinator for New York State Senator Joe Robach. He previously served as a Contract Administrator at Coordinated Care Services, Inc., as well as Budget Technician and Recreation Assistant at the Town of Greece.

Andrew has volunteered for the Pirate Toy Fund, at the Northwest YMCA, and for Spruce Up Greece.
